Luey is the illegitimate(if possible) child of Satan. Displaced during the nuclear testing of the 1940's in the Nevada desert when a hole in the earth was blown open all the way to Hell. Luey crawled out and was adopted by a blind woman named Purity. He now lives amongst us drinking his favorite milk and cookies everyday.
